PRODUCTION ALUMINUM DIE CASTING FEATURES:

• automated carousel-chill machine;
• machine injection molding and automated complexes with clamping forces from 250 to 3000, T. S.;
• design of tooling in CAD/CAE (UNIGRAPHICS NX, AUTOCAD);
• own production of sand core cold-box, Hot-box and Warm-box;
• 3D modeling casting with Gating the supply system and modeling of processes in a software package LVM-Flow and MAGMAsoft;
• degassing of the alloy;
• x-ray inspection;
• control of geometrical parameters using
• three-dimensional coordinate machine;
• cleaning the alloys with ceramic foam filters;
• finish shot blast processing.
